The Perpetual Self-Reliance Project, Guatemala: Building a Chicken Coop

Our first day of work on our new project, The Perpetual Self-Reliance Project, we completed our first undertaking -- building a chicken coop.

We also built some square foot gardening boxes...

And harvested some beans...

Because they are so generous, they made (a very yummy) lunch for us...
