I'm sorry.

If you're looking for advice on what to pack while traveling with your toddler; where to stay when you're visiting Disneyland; or how to discounts on airline tickets, you have come to the wrong place.

This is not that site.

There are plenty of great sites out there that already offer that information, if you're looking for it.

But on the other hand, if you're like a baby bird, standing on the edge of a branch, ready to jump and hoping above all hope that you'll learn how to fly on the way down…

Then you've come to the right place.

This site is for all those who dream crazy, impossible dreams.

It's for those who have a secret life they want to live, but are scared to share, and even more scared to pursue.

It's for the armchair travelers; the idealists; the wanna-be adrenaline junkies.

It's for people who envision themselves making a big impact in the world, of 'making a difference'. Not by sending a check to some charity. But by starting a charity that actually changes lives.

It's for those who can conceive a world different and better than the one they currently live in.

And who are willing to give their life and soul to making it a reality.

It's for people who aren't alright with 'ordinary'; who could never settle for 'average'; who know that there's nothing worse than an 'okay' life.

This site is for those who want to build muscles.

Not just the body-builder type, but emotional, mental, and spiritual muscles too.

It's for those that know building muscles will never happen by doing the same thing day after day after day. All that creates is a life that's unfulfilling.

It's for those people who aren't content to have the same experience repeated over and over for ten years, but yearn to have ten years worth of experience in one.

This site is for those whose greatest fear is mediocrity. Who are terrified to get to the end, look back and realize they are "encompassed by all the horrors of a half lived life."

It's for those who don't want to wonder when they die, "What if my whole life was wrong?"

It's for those who believe they were born to shine.

It's for the heady; the heedless; the risk-takers; the failures; the ark-steadiers; the unemployable; the credential-less; the avant-garde; the unordinary.

It's for those who dance to the beat of a different drum; for those who want to leave their current herd.

It's for those who know they have a song to sing, and are searching for a stage.

Those who want to live on purpose, not on welfare.

Those who believe, as Emerson did, that to be a man or woman, they must be a nonconformist.

This site is for people who are tired of living in 'quiet desperation' and instead want to live deliberately.

It's for those who are tired of 'deferred living' while they wait until retirement to do the things they really want to do. It's for those people who say, "DO WHAT YOU WANT TO NOW, DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE 65!"

Are you one of these people?

You said it well. For many years I’ve felt trapped in my body, in my life in this world. When the first episode of Star Trek aired, I wanted passionately to be onboard! Even though it was just a TV show, I believed that if a mere mortal like me could dream it, see it, put it on paper and create it for TV, them somewhere it is real! The light bulb, the phonograph, the telephone didn’t exist until someone dreamed it and made it real. I have been frustrated my whole life for being “earthbound”. I’ve always wanted to become unbound from “reality”. Well I am starting. I sold my house and will be moving to Mexico next month. That is just the beginning. From there I intend to go on a RTW adventure! Everyone I know thinks I’m certifiable insane. I think I’ve finally become sane and unshackled myself from being earthbound in this place. Crazy or sane, the rest of my life is going to be fun!!

Sure, why not?!? I am willing to risk it! I don’t even know what “it” is, so why be afraid of “it”?!?
My husband and I are dreaming big with our four kids. We already live what is considered here to be a very unconventional life, and we are ready for the next step! We want to travel with our kids and a market. Yup, a farmers market type thing. With fresh food and handmade products. We will stop at farms and small towns to acquire products and things. We are going to look at school buses soon. Life is exciting and fun. What else could it be!?!

Glad I am not the only one that feels the same way. I am the type of person that doesn’t care to do the same thing twice. Living in Anchorage AK, everything is very limited, and I am so unhappy with life, even though I have two beautiful 3 year old twins. Ready to hit the road!
