We got together with some friends, who are moving to Guatemala with their four boys, and cooked tin foil dinners.

My dad used to make tin foil dinners with us when we were growing up. It was a favorite family past time, and I still think of him whenever we make them now (he passed away in 2003).

We placed the double wrapped dinners directly on the hot coals.

Mmm, mmm, mmm

Smoke follows beauty, right?

Looks like a mess, but it's goodness.
