After a couple of years living in Mexico, and exploring Central America, the Lybberts have since circled the globe.

Here they are with us (right) overlooking Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.

Since their time with us they've taken an Alaskan Cruise, spent 3 months driving through Switzerland, Germany and living in Spain, then journeyed through Southeast Asia (celebrating the Lantern Festival and other totally cool experiences.) They cruised through the South Pacific and eventually made it back to the States.

Jared and Alisa are definitely living their dream. So how did they make it happen?

A few short years ago they were 'slaves' to a retail business in Alaska that was losing them money every year, although it commandeered all of their time, energy and attention.

Sick and tired of it, they decided to revamp their business. They took and entirely new approach, and with some hard work and perseverance, took an aspect of their location dependent, in-the-red retail business and turned it into a profitable location independent freedom income.

Greg's interview with them shares the details of how they made it happen, as well as inspiration for overcoming challenges, facing resistance and making the dream come true.

You can follow Living Outside the Box on their family travel blog, and make sure to watch their full length interview.

Would you like to create location independence?
